We collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, resume content, job descriptions you paste in, and account preferences.

We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used, device type) to improve the product.

Your resume content is used solely to power the features you use: building, scoring, and generating documents. We do not sell your resume data to third parties.

Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used to improve our AI models and product experience.

When you use AI-assisted features, relevant text is sent to our language model provider to generate suggestions. This data is not used to train third-party foundation models by contractual agreement with our providers.

You can delete individual resumes or your entire account at any time from Settings. Deleted data is purged from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) strictly to operate the service. Each is bound by data processing agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

We'll notify you by email or in-app notice of material changes to this policy before they take effect.
